Most outdoor adventures throw a group of people together who barely know each other. Suddenly everyone must live together continuously for an extended period of time, make decisions and solve problems. This programme is for Outdoor Education leaders and group members. It focuses on how to confront some of these issues before being in the outdoors and emphasises the importance of team building. Real life case studies will increase class interaction between students.
