Rules and Laws: Why Do We Have Them? How Are They Made?
This programme begins by comparing rules in games to rules in society. It then uses simple, play-acted situations involving a group of roller bladers to illustrate why we have rules, and what happens if they are not followed, or if they are unfair. The role of courts, and concepts such as tradition, custom, social order, justice and fairness are presented in a vivid uncomplicated way.
