The Killing Fields

Set against the devastation of war-torn Cambodia, The Killing Fields is a true story of friendship between American war correspondent, Sydney Schanberg, and his interpreter, Dith Pran. In 1975, Dith Pran saved Schanberg from execution of the hands of the Khymer Rouge. When the evil revolutionaries forced the Cambodians from the the 'Killing fields', Schanberg feared he would never see his friend again. This is the story of one man's determination to tell the truth whatever the cost, and of another man's indomitable will to survive. Both would never forget what they saw, what they felt, what they experienced in The Killing Fields.
