The UK’s more densely populated and growing urban areas are, for the large part, located in regions of the country where rainfall is lower. Conversely, high rainfall occurs in regions where there is less demand. This programme explores British water supply and demand, and examples of water management programs across the country, including initiatives incorporated in London’s Olympic Park.
